Birmingham Panthers and University of Wolverhampton Announce New Partnership
Birmingham Panthers, a leading franchise in the Netball Super League, is proud to announce an exciting new partnership with the University of Wolverhampton. This agreement establishes the University’s Walsall Campus as the Official Training Base for Birmingham Panthers, marking a pivotal step in advancing netball throughout the West Midlands.
This three-year partnership underscores a shared commitment to fostering excellence, innovation, and community engagement. The Panthers will benefit from the University’s world-class High-Performance Suites, court space, and comprehensive performance services, setting the stage for elite athletic development.
Additionally, the collaboration will see the Panthers offer students unparalleled opportunities through industry placements in Strength and Conditioning, Sports Therapy, and Performance Analysis. These placements will provide students with invaluable hands-on experience, bridging the gap between academia and professional sport.
