Birmingham Panthers Ticket Terms and Conditions

1. Ticket Purchases

1.1 Tickets are sold solely for the event they have been purchased for. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other events.

1.2 Re-entry is prohibited once you leave the venue. Only full, undamaged tickets will be accepted. Tampering or alteration invalidates the ticket.

1.3 Tickets are purchased exclusively for personal use. They may not be resold, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Birmingham Panthers Ltd. Unauthorised resales or transfers may void the ticket, leading to denied entry.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us. In the event of cancellation, the purchaser will be entitled to a refund of the ticket price (excluding any booking or processing fees).

2.2 Refunds will be processed in the same manner the ticket was originally purchased.

3. Event Cancellation

3.1 We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or alter events. In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified as soon as possible via the contact details provided at the time of purchase.

3.2 If the event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund in accordance with our refund policy.

3.3 Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of cancellation notice. No refunds for matches affected by weather or minor schedule changes.

3.4 In the event of cancellation, no liability is accepted for travel or accommodation expenses due to schedule changes.

4. Use of Tickets

4.1 Each ticket is valid only for the specific event for which it was purchased. It may not be used for any other event or transferred to another individual.

4.2 Admission may be refused if a ticket is found to be in breach of these terms.

5. Conduct

5.1 Attendees must behave responsibly and comply with all security and safety measures. We retain the right to remove attendees engaging in disruptive, abusive, or dangerous behaviour without refund.

6. Health & Safety

6.1 Attendees agree to follow all venue safety protocols, including searches upon entry. Items considered hazardous, offensive, or illegal will be confiscated. Non-compliance may lead to ejection.

7. Liability

7.1 We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the event, except where such injury or damage is caused by our negligence.

8. Data Protection

8.1 By purchasing tickets, you agree that we may collect and store your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This information will only be used for the purposes of ticketing and communication related to the event.

9. Photography and Media Use

9.1 Attendees consent to photography, filming, or other recordings, which may be used for promotional or security purposes. Attendees waive rights to compensation for such use.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These Terms and any disputes relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
